We are looking for a new team member to join our team as a Key Holder for our Hub! The Hub at Juicekeys is where all the preparation work happens for the food items on our menu. We are looking for a leader who can handle the following:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Cuts, trims, and prepares meat for delivery to stores.
- Packages meat.
- Maintains the sharpness, cleanliness, and sterilization of knives and tools.
- Ensures preparation areas are kept clean.
- Closely follows all safety and sanitation procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Operate the Cold Press machine to prepare juice to be bottled.
- Create a quality product in a timely fashion, maintaining consistency while following recipes.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail while following recipes.
- Loads delivery vehicle with parcels scheduled for delivery.
- Assists in general warehouse duties when the delivery route is completed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Ensures that the delivery vehicle receives basic service according to the maintenance schedule; reports larger service needs and mechanical issues to the supervisor.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to drive safely.
- Understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, applicable food handling and sanitation requirements. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to use knives, scales, and other implements safely and with precision.
- Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision.
- Able to remain professional and courteous at all times.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to concentrate on a singular task.
Education and Experience:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
