What Your Days Look Like!
Managing all staffing needs, scheduling, inventory management, team and store training/development, store facility management, daily operational tasks, customer experience and overall store communications. You will be required to work shifts in both the front and back of house to maintain knowledge and when the schedule requires.
Requirements
- Experience working in a team lead position
- Previous service industry experience a plus
