JuiceLand HQ Receptionist is a flexible, self-motivated, highly organized, critical thinking JuiceLand team member that can keep our space organized and presentable while being the first face that our collaborators interact with upon arrival at the office. The Receptionist performs administrative and technical tasks at the JuiceLand HeadQuarters. Also responsible for running offsite errands as needed. The HQ Receptionist is a rock star, enthusiastic JuiceLand ambassador that is ready to help out when needed! Online and in person communication skills are required to be successful in this role. This position is included within the Operations department and reports to the Operations Manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Incredibly self-motivated and solution oriented

- Exceptional oral and written customer service skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency: comfortable with Excel and Microsoft Word
- Comfortable with Google Suite
- Valid Driver’s license, clean record
- Personal Vehicle to use for work (mileage will be reimbursed)
- A team player with a positive attitude and ownership mentality
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Direct phone calls and guide incoming collaborators at front desk
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail (distribution, merch for guests, community outreach, etc)
- Run errands as needed
- Manage office supplies and budget
- Sort incoming mail and drop off outgoing mail
- Invoicing data entry as needed
- Respond to contact us emails
- Keep entire office space organized and tidied
- Laminating, preparing memos, documents for HQ team
- Manage and distribute employee checks and vendor checks to be picked up at office
- Support loading gift cards for customer appreciation and monthly payments
- Direct delivery of orders and shipments as appropriate
- Other relevant clerical and organizational tasks as assigned
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Must be able to work around standard office conditions, consistent sitting, standing, walking
- Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs
- Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine
- Constant receiving of detailed information through oral and written communication
- Drive within Austin city limits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
