JUICER, an early-stage start-up revolutionizing pricing and revenue management for the restaurant industry, is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in shaping and scaling JUICER’s SaaS product as we redefine how restaurants optimize profitability. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, business acumen, and a collaborative mindset to build innovative, cloud-based solutions with a high-impact team.

- End-to-End System Development: Scope, design, and build key components of JUICER's product ecosystem, working closely with our Architect to ensure following best-practices
- Business Collaboration: Work closely with the Product team to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering impactful features
- Quality Assurance: Implement comprehensive unit and integration testing practices as a core part of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure high code quality, system reliability, and seamless component interaction
- System Performance: Develop and implement performance testing strategies, including load and stress testing, to proactively monitor, analyze, and enhance system performance. Identify bottlenecks and optimize for improved processing speed and efficiency
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the Customer Success, Data Science, & Product teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues and questions
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience at a technology or SaaS company, with a focus on building analytical solutions and/or products
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (advanced degrees or certifications a plus)
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, React, SQL, and other relevant programming languages
- AWS Expertise: Experience working with cloud-based technologies, preferably AWS.
- Collaboration: Experience working with a cross-functional team to deliver value for customers
- Skills and Attributes: Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills; strong communication skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; self-starter
- Location: Primarily remote however must be in Atlanta for ad-hoc workshops
