What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Salesperson position at JUICITY VAPOR Rocker?
Juicity Vapor is looking for full time individuals with open availability for our fast growing company at our BILLINGS, MT location.
Must be able to work weekends. However, everyone will get weekends off on a rotating schedule.
Juicity Vapor is passionate about what we do and take immense pride in our company and its growth. We are looking for individuals that have incredible customer service with a passion for vaping and a desire to be a part of a fast growing company in the vapor industry.
Training will be provided to you but ideally we are looking for individuals with a proven track record of customer service and sales in a retail store, have outstanding customer service skills with the ability to sale products on a professional level.
Customer Service
• Greets and responds to all customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Expertly demonstrates and instructs customers on the proper use of vaping products
• Enhances customer experience and build a solid loyal customer base for Juicity Vapor.
• Presents customers with vaping solutions and sales support based upon each customer's specific needs.
Ongoing Expectations
• Passion and excitement for vaping.
• Sustains professional level of product knowledge of all Juicity retail products and service offerings.
• Stays current with the latest vapor industry trends.
• Dependable work ethics.
Qualifications & Requirements
• High school education or equivalent.
• Retail sales experience selling consumer products.
• Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule: including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Operate cash register in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Exceptional customer service skills, including professional and personable mannerisms.
• Ability to take directions and learn easily from others.
• Excellent communication and people rapport skills.
• Able to multi-task while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and public-facing environment.
• Able to work well with others in a team environment.
• Maintains a clean and presentable customer friendly environment.
