We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our incredible existing team helping to realize this mission on a daily basis. In this critical role, you will be responsible for taking ownership of our clients' experience throughout their entire Jukebox journey by coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure the timely and quality completion of client cases.Key ResponsibilitiesBecoming a domain expert in the processes and rules of our various programsActing as the client's main point of contact throughout their entire journey, including clinician evaluation, project approval, pre-construction, and constructionActing as our clinical partners' main point of contact on a case level from case submission to completionCommunicating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including clients, general contractors, suppliers, occupational therapists, health plans, state health organizations, and other internal stakeholders, as neededKeep detailed records of all cases in the company's CRM systemSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyYou care deeply about helping others, especially older adultsAn outgoing personality and positive attitude coupled with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skillsComfortable with technology - we use Salesforce, Slack, Google Suite and love trying out new technologyAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionComfortable with ambiguity - we are solving new problems, and we would love your help!BenefitsOpportunity to build a new category leader in healthcare servicesCompetitive compensation including salary, stock options and benefitsCollaborative, flexible work environment coupled with an uplifting cultureFully remote position
