We are seeking an Installer Network Manager to grow and scale our installer network. This role is ideal for someone who understands the home services landscape, excels at recruiting skilled installers, and can quickly build strong relationships nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Build our network of skilled installers through a variety of recruitment strategies (cold calling, attending conferences, referral programs, etc)
- Oversee installer onboarding and training programs
- Actively monitor installer performance and oversee quality assurance processes
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges to retain top installers and build long-term, trusted relationships.
