Job Description :
- Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure quality of service
- Manage guest service and complaint resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor law, food safety, and sanitation regulations
- Responsible for cost and cash management, including payroll
- Interview, hire, and train staff, conduct background checks
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to make improvements
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients
