Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designer
Responsibilities
- The Brokerage Marketing Specialist will report to the brokerage sales manager and will be in direct communication with the Corporate Marketing team to support and promote marketing tools and techniques that support company revenue drivers while maintaining a personable, team-oriented and professional disposition.
- Manage office-level advertising from the planning to execution stages, maintain office ad budget and promote products internally to agents.
- Create listing presentations for potential clients.
- Maintain Brand integrity through enforcement of identity standards.
- Basic copywriting / editing skills reviewing listing descriptions and proofreading.
- Social Media - managing office-level Facebook and Instagram accounts.
- Email marketing - ability to edit templates and content within prescribed e-marketing tools.
- Marketing Champion - Be the conduit between the Corporate marketing team and local brokerage and provide instruction and support on marketing tools and techniques to office agents.
- Other support as requested by the brokerage manager.
