What Youll Do :
- Engage with Existing Clients : Build and strengthen relationships by reviewing current policies, identifying coverage gaps, and offering personalized solutions.
- Work the In-Book Business : Proactively reach out to policyholders to ensure their evolving needs are met while maximizing cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Generate New Business : Expand the agencys reach through referrals, networking, and strategic prospecting.
- Educate and Advise : Help clients understand their coverage options and ensure they are fully protected.
- Retention and Growth : Maintain high customer retention by delivering outstanding service and ongoing policy support.

- Prior insurance or sales experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to obtain the State of Washington Property & Casualty Insurance License within the first 30 days of employment (this is a requirement to successfully perform all job duties). License exam fees & study materials are reimbursed.
