RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with Agent and other team members to assist with new and current customers.
- Providing friendly, prompt and accurate customer service.
- New customer quoting and onboarding.
- Obtaining underwriting documents from customers and submitting to corporate office.
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy/billing changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Directing and assisting current clients with appropriate claim assistance.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Property and Casualty license required.
- Accountable, honest and solution oriented.
- Strong communication skills over phone and email.
- Friendly and approachable while working with others.
- Ability to see the bigger picture beyond the task at hand.
Salary : $40,000 - $42,500
