Supervisor at Julio’s Mexican Food is responsible for running a smooth operation during service.
Manages and supervises staff enforcing policies and procedures. Oversees quality and consistency of food.
Provides excellent customer service to our patrons and ensures that they get the same from servers and bussers.
Assists team by bussing tables and in any other functions when necessary.
Motivates servers by coaching them in upselling and suggestive selling.
Attends to customer complaints practicing LAST method (Listen, apologize, solve, thank).
Like all other positions at the Restaurant, must comply with all company policies.
