What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ecommerce CRM Manager position at Juliska?
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Ecommerce, the Manager of CRM & Analytics is responsible for increasing customer acquisition and loyalty via the email marketing platform (Klaviyo), Digital paid media, and the Juliska Loyalty and Registry programs. This person will work closely with all members of Ecommerce and Marketing to maximize site launches and promotions, as well as partnering with the Flagship Store Director and Registry Team to effectively maintain all retention programs. Weekly and monthly department reports on KPI's are produced by this role to track performance. This role owns the Juliska Loyalty and Registry lifecycle marketing strategy and builds a program to drive deeper customer engagement and repurchase.
Responsibilities:
- Launches and maintains omni-channel loyalty program to drive increased LTV and cross-channel shopping behavior (specifically between Registry and J.com).
- Develops, manages, and optimizes retention campaigns across emails and other touchpoints to increase lifetime value.
- Oversees the maintenance of email calendars and execution of marketing campaigns, transactional, triggered emails/flows, etc., and site refreshes.
- Analyzes customer data to create personalized and segmented messaging strategies by cohort within the marketing funnel across channels.
- Collaborates with Flagship Store and Registry Team to identify and execute synergistic opportunities.
- Analyzes Registry metrics and sales information to identify opportunities to increase average order size, frequency, Understands the applications, supporting infrastructure, and systems integration.
- Understands the applications used for Loyalty and Registry, supporting infrastructure, and systems integration.
- Participates in special projects, new responsibilities and adjusts priorities as needed or requested.
- Works cooperatively with diverse departments, groups and throughout company to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Supports teamwork and continuous improvement through performing other related duties as assigned.
- Help internal team and implementation partner scope projects and plan deliverables.
Requirements:
- Strong Analytical Skills and able to summarize data via Excel Spreadsheets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Ecommerce.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities while understanding and driving business goals.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or similar field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in ecommerce management.
- Luxury brand experience a plus.
