About The Flagship Store At 268 King Street
Housed in a stunning historic two-story building on a prime block of King Street, our Flagship Store fully opened in Summer 2023 and includes a traditional retail floor showcasing both our brands plus an upstairs floor dedicated to hosting events (with a bar), experiential workshops, and our Registry Salon (servicing 300 couples from across the country). Additionally, we plan to open a charming J Café in our outside courtyard in the coming year.
Responsibilities:
- Be always an ambassador for Juliska and Capucine de Wulf, at all times.
- Embrace Juliska’s core values and culture.
- Utilize effective interactivity to comfortably connect with our customers, understand their needs and wants.
- Greets and interacts with customers, consulting customers to understand their needs and purchasing preferences. Assists customers with purchase decisions.
- Demonstrates, explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting appropriate options suitable to customer need.
- Address customer feedback and requests in a professional manner. May handle returns and exchange process.
- Execute special sales, promotional events, and clearance sales.
- Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the retail store area and ensures good housekeeping.
- Adhere to all procedures and safety standards.
- Performs other duties and collaborated with entire Flagship family as needed.
