You'll be responsible for operating skid steers, handling materials, assisting with asphalt application, and working as part of a dedicated crew. Duties
- Operate skid steers and heavy equipment to assist with asphalt paving, grading, and material handling.
- Shovel, rake, and smooth asphalt to ensure an even finish.
- Assist in all phases of asphalt work, including sealing, patching, and site preparation.
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and ensure machinery operates safely.
- Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites.
- Work collaboratively with the paving crew to complete projects efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to OSHA regulations.
- Keep job sites clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in asphalt paving, sealing, or construction preferred (but we will train the right candidate).
- Prior experience operating a skid steer or other heavy machinery is a plus.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials and working in extreme weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork mindset.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently with a crew.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Overtime available during peak seasons
- Weather-dependent work schedule
