BACKGROUND

Jumo Health is a medical communications company serving the needs of the pharmaceutical industry as they develop and market their products globally. Jumo Health develops multicultural resources that explain difficult medical concepts in ways people can understand and act upon. We do this to ensure all people, regardless of age, education, language, culture, or historical bias have access to relatable medical resources they can understand to make informed decisions. This position will be responsible for developing dashboards, analyzing sales trends and reporting key bookings and pipeline metrics. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. They will collaborate with sales leadership on booking and pipeline forecasts, validating all data, ensuring high standards of accuracy and completeness in all reports and analyses.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Works closely with sales leadership to define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure the achievement of bookings goals.
  • Develops and manages sales forecasting, planning, reporting and analytics infrastructure in order to deliver predictable and insightful sales intelligence to various stakeholders within the organization.
  • Lead meetings to develop consensus-based constrained / unconstrained sales bookings and pipeline plans.
  • Proactively monitors and ensures high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning and forecasting efforts.
  • Ensures planning, forecasting and budgeting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes employed within the Company (working in tandem with Sales).
  • Collaborates with marketing leadership to model, forecast, and report on lead generation activities to ensure that sales goals can be achieved. This includes working with marketing to develop targets and KPIs, to implement a “single source of truth” for full-funnel reporting and to establish SLAs between the sales and marketing organizations that can be monitored and measured on a regular basis.
  • Contribute to the development of incentive plans and objectives. Assist in the management of monthly commission calculations and support communication of commission goals and achievements.
  • Analyzes all aspects of sales data and rep productivity data and provides actionable recommendations. This analysis includes all facets of the data, ranging from opportunity and pipeline analysis to sales velocity to rep performance and beyond.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to changing business needs and performing other duties as assigned to support the team and broader organizational goals.

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 years sales operations experience
  • HubSpot experience a plus
  • Technology skills : Excel power user (vlookup, pivot table, macros, etc.) MS Office Suite, QuickBooks online power user, Apple computers experience, 10 key by touch, Google Suite, and Zoom.
  • Strong attention to detail and overall organizational skills. Ability to take initiative, utilize their own unique skill sets and drive innovation within the roles' parameters.
  • BS degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Ability to communicate with Executives and possess excellent verbal and written skills.
