Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a Behavioral Technician or RBT to join our team near Blackwood, New Jersey for a part-time, school-based role! Let’s make a meaningful impact on every child’s journey!

Setting: School-Based Services
- Hours: Mon, Wed, Thur: 10:30am-2:30pm; Tues9:30am-1pm
- Exclusive school placement (no travel required)
Responsibilities of a school base Behavioral Technician:
- Assist Classroom Teachers: Provide support to teachers by helping with instructional activities, managing classroom materials, and ensuring a positive learning environment for all students.
- Support Students' Learning Needs: Work closely with individual or small groups of students to reinforce lessons, assist with assignments, and provide accommodations for those with special educational needs.
- Promote Positive Behavior: Help monitor and guide student behavior in the classroom and during school activities, ensuring adherence to school policies and promoting a safe, respectful learning atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree Or at least 60 college credits with passed Paraprofessional Praxis Pro Exam
- RBT certification (preferred)
- Experience with children with autism/ ABA experience
