Setting: School-Based Services
- Hours: 8:20am-3:15pm, M-F
- Exclusive school placement (no travel required)- elementary school
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of ABA Strategies: Apply ABA techniques and interventions to help students improve their behavior and learning.
- Assist Classroom Teachers: Provide support to teachers by helping with instructional activities, managing classroom materials, and ensuring a positive learning environment for all students.
- Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one or small group therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs.
- Promote Positive Behavior: Help monitor and guide student behavior in the classroom and during school activities, ensuring adherence to school policies and promoting a safe, respectful learning atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree Or at least 60 college credits Or you have passed the Paraprofessional Praxis Pro Exam
- 1-2 years ABA Experience
