PARTY HOST MANAGER
INTRODUCTION
The Birthday Party Manager organizes all aspects of birthday parties including contacting interested individuals, building reservations on Centeredge, and scheduling staff.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate creative and entertaining birthday parties
- Schedule, coordinate and manage birthday party requests
- Create a fun and enthusiastic environment for all guests
- Organize and implement birthday activities
- Supervise and schedule party staff
- Maintain reservations and prepare reports
- Oversee/provide clean up following parties
- Manage Party Team Lead
- Ensure that party sheets are completed both accurately and on time
- Daily party schedule
- Pizza spreadsheet
- Sources, orders, and maintains inventory of party supplies
- Partner with Marketing team to develop and facilitate a marketing plan to drive more parties
- Mailchimp
- Social Media
- Onsite advertisement
- Manages call log
- Maintains open communications with management of scheduled events
- Develop and implement post-party follow up and referral process
- Assists and supports front desk staff on all birthday related questions/concerns
- Operates Point of Sale (POS) system including deposits and party transactions
- Provides or performs other services or duties as required by General Manager
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cash Management
- Cashing in and counting down tills
- Reports any variance to the General Manager
- Change requests
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
- Communicates clearly and in a friendly manner.
