Job Description: Set-Up & Take Down Specialist/Driver

Ready to jump into a fun and lively career? Jump In is looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic individual to assist in the setup and retrieval of our awesome party rental equipment. This role is perfect for someone who loves being in the heart of the party, especially around kiddos!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and taking down our fantastic bounce houses and party gear at various events.
• Create a safe & joyous atmosphere for children & guests during installations.
• Team up with our energetic crew to efficiently handle multiple setups and pickups.
• Keep our equipment sparkling and party-ready.
• Drive our delivery vehicles, including safely backing up a landscape trailer.
• Be the master loader, ensuring all rentals are securely packed & ready to go for the day's adventures.
• Contact customers before arrival to coordinate the perfect party setup.
• Lead the charge in setting up and taking down inflatables, creating magical party spaces.
• Capture each setup with photos, ensuring every detail is picture-perfect.
• Oversee the cleaning, inspection, and retrieval of equipment post-party.
• Champion a positive attitude and demonstrate leadership with your team of setup techs.

Requirements:

• Can lift a minimum of 75 lbs – strong is the new cool!
• Thrives in a fast-paced, energizing environment.
• A big, friendly smile, especially around our little party-goers!
• A valid driver's license in TX
• Experience with driving and backing up trailers is a big plus.
• Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
