- Prepare and send out property tax invoices in a timely manner.
- Collect, track, and process payments from various stakeholders.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Perform mail merge operations to create accurate and professional documents.
- Build and organize binders for court cases, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external parties to resolve inquiries
- and provide updates.
- Maintain and organize property tax records and documentation.
