Are you passionate about early childhood education and creating fun, engaging learning environments? We engage young children through sports and have a lasting impact on their lives. We’re looking for enthusiastic and experienced Preschool Camp Directors at many locations in Northeast Ohio and in eleven other major markets to lead our summer camp programs and help children explore, learn, and grow in a safe and nurturing atmosphere!
Position: Preschool Camp Director
Location: Multiple Sites
Employment Type: Seasonal (Summer)
Dates: 6/1 - 8/15
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage day-to-day camp operations for preschool-aged children (ages 3-5)
- Develop and implement age-appropriate, fun, and educational activities that foster creativity, social skills, and development
- Supervise and mentor camp counselors, ensuring a positive and safe environment for both staff and campers
- Communicate regularly with parents, providing updates on camp activities and their child’s progress
- Ensure safety standards and protocols are met at all times
