JumpBunch is looking for coaches with big hearts who want to provide opportunities and experiences to help these kiddos get their joyous spirit and energy back!

Help JumpBunch create a healthier, happier & brighter world by guiding kids through fitness and movement-based activities! Our curriculum focuses on fighting childhood obesity by teaching kids to care for their physical and mental health through non-stop movement and engaging physical fitness activities. Come join our team of coaches who love what they do! Our JumpBunch coaches are happy, confident, enthusiastic, creative, responsible & reliable. Our coaches get to introduce kids, ages 18-months to 12 years old, to over 75 different sports and fitness activities year-round! JumpBunch provides the equipment and lesson plansall you need is a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of kids!

This is a summer position with 12-18 hours per week through early August and can lead to part-time employment in the fall if interested. Please make sure your current financial situation supports thislike you have other part-time employment or youre a stay-at-home parent just looking to get out of the house for a few hours a week. Were also a great fit for college students who are interested in a career working with children and looking to gain experience.

Our Camp Coaches :

Are experienced in teaching or coaching young children, especially the 3-8 year age range

Build a fun, cheery camp environment with lots of smiles and laughter. They know how to be silly and get kids to smile while keeping a safe and structured program

Show the maturity to work independently with minimal supervision

Adhere to all company policies

Properly complete all requested paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.

Prepare for all camps by reviewing approved, age appropriate lesson plans, music, and equipment.

Set up and begin each camp on time

Properly instruct children in the use of our approved curriculum and equipment

Monitor attendance of all registered children

Wear provided uniform shirts, and represent our company with professional appearance and conduct

Communicate with parents both verbally and in writing as needed to report childrens progress

May participate in delivering birthday parties, special events, and trial classes

Participate as requested in training and meetings of the business

Provide own transportation with adequate auto insurance coverage and transports all equipment necessary to execute weekly classes

Demonstrate an ongoing passion for sports and / or fitness

Qualifications :

High school diploma.

Good Physical condition, able to bend, kneel, stoop, jump, jog, and otherwise move actively to execute a class. Must be able to occasionally carry large amounts of equipment.

Able to provide reliable transportation

Background and passion for sports and fitness

Patience and desire to teach young children.

Ability to communicate with customers ranging from young children to facility directors.

Prompt, reliable, and able to work independently with no direct supervision.

Possess an understanding of basic customer service skills.

During the first week of training, you will be required to complete the following

State and federal fingerprint background check. You will be required to complete a fingerprint background check during your training period and JumpBunch will reimburse you for the cost of the background check.

Hours :

Approximately 12-18 hours per week in the summer which will typically fall weekdays, between the hours of 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

May lead to fall part-time employment 10-20 hours / week if desired

Compensation : $15.50 - $20.00 per hour

Salary : $16 - $20
