In Amazing Athletes, every kid is an athlete! We empower kids through sport by teaching them how to have fun while learning the fundamentals. We combine these sport fundamentals with educational lessons to kids 2-12 with fun & energy- building a positive association with sports and movement from a young age! We are a mobile based program that runs classes in schools, parks, rec centers, and spaces that are conveniently located for our kids and their parents.
We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and reliable part-time coaches and assistant coaches to lead sports and fitness classes for children in Southeast Phoenix, primarily for ages 3-5 and 6-10. If you're passionate about sports, enjoy working with children, and are looking for part-time, flexible hours, we would love to hear from you! This is a part-time position with the possibility of growth as our programs expand.

Responsibilities:
- Lead structured sports and fitness classes based on our approved curriculum and lesson plans.
- Arrive on time and prepared for each class.
- Engage with children and communicate effectively with parents, school directors, and teachers.
- Manage class attendance and ensure a positive, energetic environment.
- Wear our approved uniform and maintain a professional image.
- Report children's progress to parents and facility directors as needed.
- Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain and transport necessary equipment for classes.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work flexible hours in the late afternoons (as listed above).
- Must have a love of working with children and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Experience with young children is preferred; Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required
- Athletic background or interest in sports is a plus.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to meet physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, and lifting equipment.
Available Hours (up to 6 hours per week):
- Monday: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM OR 3:15 PM - 4:15 PM
- Wednesday: 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM OR 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM
- Thursday: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM OR 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM
- Friday: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM OR 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM
