JOB DESCRIPTION
Event Coordinators control an event from conception to clean up. They meet with clients to plan and arrange for an upcoming event.

MAJOR TASKS
- Ensure all Birthday Party inquiries via email, phone, or in person are answered and booked.
- Coordinate Field Trips, Group Packages and Fundraisers by reaching out to the surrounding community.
- Ensure party room supplies are fully stocked and ordered when needed.
- Ensure Party Hostesses are fulfilling their duties.
- Other duties as assigned

DUTIES & EXPECTATIONS
- Answer all phone calls and emails and be available to book events/parties.
- Ensure Registration forms are properly filled out and signed by the party guests.
- Coordinate with GM to ensure proper staffing (Jump Guards, Hostess, POS) for booked event/parties.
- Communicate with Floor Managers regarding upcoming bookings (Office Calendar).
- Complete pizza orders for bookings the day before event(s).
- Maintain all booking files in Office.
- Maintain/print/complete files on Office PC on GM request.
- Update party inventory.
- Because Event Coordinators are considered managers, from time to time, in emergency situations, they may be asked to watch the store for a short period of time.
- During slower hours, be prepared to fill in for Court guards,
- It is the duty of the Event Coordinator to be the office manager of the facility. For this reason, office should always be clean, organized, and welcoming.
