General Manager - Jumping World, NW Houston
Salary Range: $35,000 - $60,000
Jumping World is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our NW Houston location! Our facility is more than just a trampoline park – we offer a range of entertainment options, including arcade games, trampolines, a full bar, a restaurant, and much more. As the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and leading a motivated team.
Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee all areas of the facility, including trampolines, arcade, bar, and restaurant, to ensure efficient operations and a safe, enjoyable environment for our guests.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise team members, fostering a positive and high-energy work culture. Schedule staff, manage payroll, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Customer Service: Maintain a high standard of customer service, addressing any guest inquiries, concerns, or feedback promptly and professionally.
- Financial Management: Manage the facility’s budget, monitor expenses, and analyze revenue to meet or exceed financial goals.
- Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with marketing to implement local advertising, promotions, and special events that drive traffic and increase sales.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for guests and employees.
- Inventory and Supplies Management: Oversee ordering and stocking of supplies for the restaurant and bar, as well as maintenance of arcade games and trampoline equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a management role, ideally within the entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating a memorable guest experience.
- Solid financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the business.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality Management preferred.
