Responsibilities
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
- Help set up and break down tables for service, including arranging table settings and ensuring all necessary items are available.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables, sweeping floors, and organizing service stations.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring all items are ready for service.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with banquet setups and breakdowns as required during special events.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food service environment.
Skills
- Familiarity with Toast point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
