In our contemporary office setting, you'll collaborate in a professional atmosphere featuring state-of-the-art IT infrastructure and ergonomic workstations. On the manufacturing floor, you'll find a cutting-edge plastic injection molding plant where precision and innovation come together. While we ensure top-notch quality in component production, you may occasionally notice mild odors and temperature variations typical of the manufacturing process. Safety is a top priority, with stringent protocols in place to ensure a secure workplace. Some of the responsibilities of Process Design Engineer may include: * Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement. Design and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. * Manage the end-to-end design of new manufacturing processes, including planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the implementation to ensure timelines and budgets are met. * Collaborate with product development teams to design production processes that meet new product specifications, ensuring manufacturability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. * Develop processes that comply with industry regulations and company standards. Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain compliance and identify areas for improvement. * Work with tooling and equipment teams to design and optimize tools that improve production efficiency and product quality. Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. * Collect and analyze data from production processes to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and process enhancements. * Lead initiatives focused on continuous improvement, such as Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma projects. Promote a culture of innovation and efficiency within the production team. * Create and maintain detailed documentation of process designs, standard operating procedures, and training materials to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer across the organization. * Provide technical support to production teams by diagnosing and resolving process-related issues quickly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow. * Work closely with clients and suppliers to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into process designs. Ensure that suppliers meet quality and delivery standards for materials and equipment.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Process Design Engineer Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a * 2-4 years of experience in process design or engineering, preferably in the automotive industry. * Strong knowledge of process design, improvement, and manufacturing methods. * Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks). * Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) are a plus but not mandatory. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Ability to manage small projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. * Good communication skills for working with team members and presenting ideas.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
