Some of the responsibilities of Production Associate & Line Inspector may include: - Preparation before machine startup (SOP, SIP, work orders, work order tracking sheet, daily production report, tool readiness, packaging material verification, etc.). - Conduct visual inspections of products in accordance with SIP - Perform assembly, packaging, boxing, label preparation, and labeling of products in accordance with SOP and complete label application. - Promptly report any abnormalities during the production process. - Accurately complete the daily production report. - Handle material scraps or defective products, label and store them in designated areas. - Perform cleaning and maintenance of the work area in accordance with 5S principles. - Adhere to the company, workshop, and job-specific work requirements and discipline. - Completing other work tasks assigned by shift leaders.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Production Associate & Line Inspector Requirements:
-High School Diploma or GED
-Minimum of six months of relevant work experience in the auto or manufacturing industry.
-Strong execution skills
-Strong teamwork orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster effective communication.
