Supply Chain Specialist Description: Driven and detail-oriented professional with experience in supply chain coordination, vendor management, and procurement. Requirements/Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
o Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
o Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing with (MRO)suppliers.
o Create and process purchase orders.
o Track order status and resolve discrepancies.
o Track inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels.
o Assist in planning inventory replenishment to meet production needs.
o Arrange transportation and logistics for inbound shipments.
o Monitor shipping schedules and delivery status.
o Identify opportunities to reduce shipping and transportation costs.
o Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency.

Requirements:
-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
-Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and methodologies.
-Experience with supply chain management software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
-APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is preferred.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
-Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Leadership skills to drive process improvements and manage change.
