Description
Performs a variety of semi-skilled and unskilled tasks in the maintenance and operation of sanitation routes, sanitation trucks and equipment.
Examples of Duties
- Sanitation-collects and disposes of solid waste from city property and picks up litter from premises.
- Sweeps, washes, paints, and repairs or replaces city property as directed.
- Performs custodial work such as required and assigned.
- Assists in setting up and taking down equipment for various programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Picking up the 5 sanitation routes and dumpsters.
- Complete tasks as assigned with the city.
- Ensure effective and efficient use of time.
