Job Description
Our current clients have requested more of our services, and we are hiring a team of Promotions Professionals to assist with our promotional campaigns. This position will be the key point of contact for customers and act as a liaison between consumers and clients.
Salary range: $51000 - $61000 per year.
Job Duties:
Cultivate an extensive understanding of the brands we represent.
Serve as the company focal point for the coordination and execution of information booths at conferences and events.
Develop strategic plans to broadcast events and target appropriate audiences.
Initiate the sales cycle and maximize profit.
Resourcefully implement promotional strategies.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Support events from idea through execution, helping to ensure all timelines are met.
Adapt quickly to changing environments.
Qualifications
Previous experience as an event manager/planner is an asset.
Knowledge and understanding of working in databases.
Strong leadership abilities.
Be exceptionally organized with meticulous note-taking and follow-up skills.
Capable of handling high-level engagements.
Assertive and decisive.
Able to perform well in a quick-paced, time-demanding, and sensitive environment.
