What are the responsibilities and job description for the SERVICE CENTER MANAGER/STIHL TECHNICIAN position at Junction True Value?
Position Description:
Full-time schedule, includes at least one weekend shift.
Store hours 8 am - 6 pm, Mon - Fri, 9 am - 6 pm, Sat & Sun.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Give knowledgeable recommendations and friendly service to customers for sales, service or repairs.
- Grow technical knowledge and participate in Stihl certification program.
- Build relationships with vendors to ensure high-level support for the business. Order merchandise as appropriate.
- Maintain proper inventory levels to ensure easy shopping and maximum sales, meeting department goals.
- Ensure quality sales floor presentation which meets all store signage, display, and housekeeping standards.
- Be able to climb ladders, lift up to 35 pounds regularly, and stand for long periods of time.
- Provide direct support in the daily operations of the store.
Pay & Benefits
Starting Hourly rate $22.00 - $24.00. Monthly bonus based on department profit.
