As an independent contractor, there are no long-term contracts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for children and providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities
- Provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, and school aged children
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for children's development
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare setting
Requirements:
-At least 18 years old
-Great communication skills
-Enjoy caring for children
-A minimum of 2 references (that will show up on your June Care profile)
-Some childcare experience (whether it's babysitting, nannying, volunteering at local organizations, etc)
-Driving / reliable transportation required (you need to be able to get to the family's home)
-CPR and first aid certification a plus but not required
