Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience. This role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a fine dining atmosphere.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for restocking.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving drinks.
- Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure prompt service.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Experience in a fine dining establishment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A background in hospitality is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to work collaboratively within a team.
