To further our mission, we’ve launched June Academy, a premier institution offering hands-on, instructor-led training for medical aesthetics professionals. From foundational neurotoxin education to advanced techniques, June Academy equips providers with the skills needed to deliver safe, high-quality treatments.
About the Role
As the Lead Medical Aesthetics Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our educational and clinical operations. This is a high-impact opportunity to develop and lead training programs, mentor new aesthetic providers, and establish scalable education processes for our growing community of practitioners.
We are looking for our trainer to initially lead 1-2 weekend trainings a month. They would last from 8:30-5PM on Saturday and Sunday.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver Training: Lead and refine hands-on and didactic clinical education programs, starting with neurotoxin foundations.
- Instructor-Led Courses: Conduct in-person training sessions for new nurses on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.
- Process Improvement: Help establish scalable systems to expand and replicate June Academy’s success.
- Leadership & Growth: Support the expansion of the Clinical Education department, with the potential to eventually lead and manage a team of clinical instructors.
Who You Are
- Licensed Provider: NP, PA, or MD with a valid medical license
- Aesthetic Expertise: Minimum of two years of full-time experience in medical aesthetics, specializing in neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
- Educator Mindset: Prior experience in clinical education is a plus, but we welcome candidates eager to grow in this area.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-starter with a passion for aesthetics, innovation, and mentorship.
- Flexible Schedule: Willingness to conduct in-person training on select weekends (~9 AM–5 PM).
