Job Summary

Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services offered.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources.
- Assist with insurance verification, authorizations and billing processes as needed.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure coordinated patient care and follow-up on treatment plans.
- Educate patients on procedures, treatments, and office policies to enhance their understanding and comfort.
- Schedule advanced imaging and coordinate off campus procedures.
Skills
- Experience in a medical office setting is highly preferred, but not necessary.
- Familiarity with medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and patients.
- Proficient in medical administrative support tasks, including scheduling, record management, and patient communication.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and team members alike.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and compassion.

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
