Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and team coordination
• Communicate with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
• Manage executive tasks, problem-solve, and drive efficiency
• Represent Juneau Cleaning with professionalism and integrity
• Support hiring, training, and development of team members
• Contribute to business growth and strategic decision-making

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong leadership and administrative skills
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage operations and shift schedules efficiently

• Prior experience in management, operations, or a similar role is preferred
