Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Safety Manager to oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance on our construction sites. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs tailored to construction site needs.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide training and resources to workers on safety practices, risk management, and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety into all aspects of construction management.
- Maintain records of incidents, accidents, and near misses; analyze data to improve safety practices.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies regarding occupational health standards and workers' compensation claims.
- Stay updated on industry trends, NEC codes, and EHS regulations to ensure best practices are followed.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a strong focus on safety.
- Familiarity with construction management software to track compliance and safety measures.
- In-depth knowledge of risk management principles as they apply to the construction industry.
- Experience working directly on construction sites with an understanding of the unique challenges they present.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety or similar qualifications is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with workers at all levels regarding safety protocols.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
