Duties
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications via phone and email, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide support for office management tasks, including maintaining organized records and filing systems.
- Utilize Google Suite effectively for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support personal assistant duties as needed to ensure smooth operations within the office environment.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients by providing excellent customer service.
Experience
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
