As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for:
- Ensure accurate framing layout according to the plan and instructions provided.
- Reading blueprints, plans, specs, and instructions
- Using hand and power tools
- Rough framing of walls, ceilings, flooring, and roofs
- Finish carpentry including hanging crown moldings, installing window/door casings and
- baseboards, installing fixtures and hardware, cabinet installation
- Shoring erection, repair/replacement of patios, decks, doors, cabinets, appliances, and
- necessary demolition
- May also include painting
- Maintain cleanliness and security of the job site.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience ( 2 years) as a Carpenter or similar role, with a track record of
- successfully completing construction projects.
- Proficient in various carpentry techniques and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Must possess the ability to read building codes, blueprints, and drawings.
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Valid driver license, reliable transportation, and tools.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary at $22.00 - $28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- Paid Time off
