Jungle Boys is searching for a skilled, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Outreach Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our medical marijuana products and increasing brand awareness by visiting physician offices, discussing our products, and attending relevant events. This person is responsible for coordinating field events, attending events, and following up with attendees. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for the medical marijuana industry, and the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and the community. The Outreach Coordinator builds and manages key relationships within the community.
Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in healthcare, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred and relevant experience.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in medical marijuana, pharmaceuticals, healthcare outreach, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in building relationships and conducting community engagement activities.
- Marketing coordinator or event planner.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical marijuana products, including their benefits, applications, and compliance requirements.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an accessible way.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently to attend events and conduct outreach activities.
- Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
- Required to undergo a criminal background check and appropriate state badging (as directed by state ordinances).
Responsibilities:
- Physician Outreach:
- Visit physician offices to educate healthcare professionals about our medical marijuana products, their benefits, and usage.
- Coordinate and attend a minimum of 7 weekly pop-up events at doctor offices in territory area to engage and inform patients about our brand and products.
- Product Promotion:
- Conduct engaging discussions and presentations to increase awareness and understanding of our products among recommended physicians and community members.
- Work with the Marketing team and Director of Outreach to create new marketing material for patients.
- Event Management:
- Research, identify, and coordinate participation in relevant events, conferences, and seminars to boost brand visibility.
- Coordinate and Attend events as a company representative, connect with attendees, and provide information about our offerings.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and industry stakeholders to enhance outreach efforts.
- Feedback and Insights:
- Collect valuable feedback from healthcare professionals and event attendees to refine our products and outreach strategies.
- Conduct monthly competitor report on promotions, pop ups and events
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outreach activities and regularly report on progress, outcomes, and insights.
- Send weekly reports to the Director of Outreach and Head of Retail on Pop Ups, new patients per location, patient retention, and patient spending.
