Responsibilities
- Perform data collection and analysis to monitor plant growth
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks as needed
- Maintain and care for plants in the greenhouse
- Operate irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Support in landscape and farm maintenance activities
- Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
Experience
- Previous experience in a greenhouse, garden, or farm setting is preferred
- Familiarity with growing techniques and plant care
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
