Front of House Team Member

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience. Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor as they arrive.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the Clover POS system.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety and handling standards.
• Buss tables promptly to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide support in various areas, including kitchen assistance and retail math tasks as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude while addressing customer inquiries or concerns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a food service or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of culinary practices, food safety, and handling procedures is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills, including retail math, for processing orders and payments accurately.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented atmosphere.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.50 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
