The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of NCAA rules and regulations, as well as a demonstrated ability to teach, strategize, recruit, lead, manage, represent, and oversee a nationally competitive athletic program.

The Head Women's Lacrosse Coach will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive training program that prepares student-athletes for competition.
- Recruiting and retaining qualified student-athletes, meeting recruiting goals in consultation with the Director of Athletics.
- Maintaining roster sizes within agreed-upon ranges and ensuring adherence to NCAA rules and regulations.
- Providing guidance and support to student-athletes in their academic pursuits.
