Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Coach in planning and coordinating all facets of the women's soccer program.
- Provide on-field coaching and instruction to student-athletes.
- Recruit qualified student-athletes and coordinate team travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to team performance and student-athlete recruitment.
- Assist with game preparation, including scouting reports and strategy development.
- Participate in off-season program evaluations and preparations.
- Serve as a liaison between the Athletics Department and other college staffs.
