Job Overview
The Education Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our programs by overseeing the implementation of JA curriculum with our education constituents. This includes managing multiple districts, developing and delivering training sessions, and fostering relationships with schools and district partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Oversee the implementation of JA programs with our education constituents, including managing multiple districts and developing and delivering training sessions.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver partnership presentations to new districts, schools, and prospective teachers, as well as coordinate and facilitate interactive and engaging trainings for participating educators.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with schools and district partners, ensuring successful program implementation and maximizing return on investment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates of all degree and academic certification levels will be considered.
- Facilitation, coaching, and/or presentation experience is necessary; computer literacy a must.
