Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Youth Sports Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children. You will be responsible for leading practice sessions at different schools, developing athletes’ skills, and promoting a positive and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sessions for youth athletes ages 2-6 .
• Teach fundamental skills and strategies of multiple sports.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
• Monitor and assess the progress of each athlete.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
• Organize and manage team activities and events.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience coaching youth sports (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Background check required.

• Tuesday 8:45AM-11:45AM
• Wednesday 9:15AM- 11:15AM
• Thursday: 9:15AM-10:15AM
• Sunday 15 Minutes Independent remote work

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $27.00 per hour
