We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are beautiful and functional. Responsibilities
- Perform mowing and trimming of lawns using hand tools and power equipment.
- Assist in landscape maintenance activities including planting, weeding, and mulching.
- Operate irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Provide tree care services such as tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth.
- Engage in groundskeeping duties to maintain the overall appearance of properties.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform basic repairs on landscaping equipment.
- Assist with hardscape installations including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Participate in snow plowing and removal during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
Skills
- Proficient in mowing techniques and the use of hand tools for landscaping tasks.
- Knowledgeable in irrigation systems and their maintenance.
- Experience with tree care practices including trimming and pruning methods.
- Familiarity with groundskeeping principles to maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing landscaping equipment is a plus.
- Ability to perform landscape maintenance tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Experience with hardscape installations is desirable but not required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
