Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide excellent customer service while efficiently processing transactions and maintaining the security and organization of the assigned booth. This entry-level position focuses on developing foundational skills in cash handling, customer interaction, and adherence to company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and cash checking sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the booth, ensuring a presentable and welcoming environment for customers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including cash handling protocols and safety regulations.
- Assist with basic booth opening and closing procedures as directed by supervisors.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding any issues or concerns.
- Participate in training programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may include assisting with inventory or promotional activities.
Additional Duties: Management reserves the right to assign additional tasks as necessary to support store operations. Employees will be provided with proper training and protective equipment for any and all assigned tasks that require special handling.
